Silvia Brandi’s journey into the culinary world began on the stage of MasterChef Portugal, where her talent, creativity, and deep connection to Roman cuisine won over both judges and audiences. Reaching the top 6 out of over 2,600 participants, she proved that passion and authenticity speak louder than trends. That experience ignited a spark — and laid the foundation for Pizzeria Romana, her personal project to bring true Roman-style pizza to life in the heart of Lisbon.
